Our Storm Lake, Iowa turkey farms have won 18 awards since 2008 for environmental recognition, animal welfare and safety.

And we’re proud to say our high farming standards extend to all the animals we raise. Our Newbern, Tennessee facility animal handlers all are Pork Quality Assurance Plus certified which means they are expertly trained in animal care and handling procedures. And are receiving valuable information that allows them to update and improve everything they do on a non-stop basis.

It means we slow roast our turkeys in their rich, savory juices to bring out their flavor. And our hickory smoked sausages are crafted from a distinctive spice blend inspired by the original 1934 Bernegger recipe.
