Q. How do I register?
A. Registration is free. To sign up for HillshireFarm.com personalized services, just follow the instructions for new users on the Registration page. During registration, you'll be asked to choose a username. Your username can contain letters and/or numbers. You must be 13 years of age or older to register. Upon completing the form you will be sent an email containing your password. You can change this password at anytime by visiting the Account section of the site. After you've registered, you can also use the same Sign-in Name and password at JimmyDean.com.
Q. What if I forgot my username or password?
A. You can click the “Forgot Username or Password” link underneath where you enter your log in information. Your log-in information will be emailed to the email address that you registered.
Q. How do I change my password?
A. If you would like to change your password, just sign in to your Hillshire Farm® account with your current userame and password and click the Account link Edit your profile at the top of the page. You will be asked to reenter your current password for verification. Then:
* Click the Password and Statistics Tab & "Change Password" button.
* Enter your current password in the first box.
* Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the second box.
* Confirm your new password in the third box.
* Click the "Change Password" button.
You can use your new password at JimmyDean.com. Note: For best protection, pick a password that is easy for you to remember and difficult for others to guess. Never use the same password that you have used in the past, and do not share your password with anyone. For security purposes, your new password must be at least 8 characters long. A good password contains a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters (remember that your password is case sensitive) and numbers.
Q. I can't sign in. Why?
A. If you’ve entered your correct username and password, your account may have been suspended by administrators for breaching the terms of use. You won't be able to use your account. You can try to contact the site administrator to ask if the suspension can be lifted.
Q. My post didn’t appear immediately. Why?
A. The HillshireFarm.com site was designed to screen all comments submitted. This ensures that the comments meet the Terms and Conditions policy – things like no foul language, pornography, or similar undesirable content. The screening process may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days, depending on how busy the moderators are. If a moderator decides not to approve a post, the post will be deleted from the system.
Q. I have found a post that appears to violate the Terms and Conditions policy. How do I report it?

Q. What bookmarks are available?
A. At the HillshireFarm.com site, you have your choice of bookmarks to use. You can use the bookmark capability within your web browser or use the “share this” functionality. “Share this” can share any product, recipe, or site feature with over a hundred different social networks and other websites. Simply click on the network or site you would like to share with and log in.
