Lit’l Smokies® smoked sausages are a perfect complement to melty brie cheese and sweet apple butter over toasty pumpernickel bread.

brie cheese, sliced
red apple, sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Trim and slice brie cheese into 1 to 1 ½ inch pieces.
Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares and top with apple butter and apple slices.
Place 1 cocktail links on each piece of bread and top with brie.
Place in oven and bake for 5 minutes or until brie is melted, garnish with cracked black pepper.
