fat free sour cream

1/2 Tsp.

garlic and herb salt substitute

large (8-9”) whole grain tortilla

1/2 Cup

mixed salad greens

1/4 Cup

chopped tomato

Preparation

Combine sour cream and salt substitute. Spread on tortilla to within ½ inch of edge.

Sprinkle with salad greens and tomato. Top with ham and turkey.

Tightly roll up tortilla. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
