Macaroni Sausage Stir-Fry

A dish this insanely delicious should not be this ridiculously easy to make. But it is. In fact, pretty much all it takes to make this meaty main meal is boil water, stir some macaroni, put it all on a plate and save the leftovers. (As if there will be any!)
