Mini Sausage Tacos

Hillshire Farm® Lit’l Smokies® smoked sausages nestled in mini baked yellow corn tortilla shells with onion, cilantro salsa and cotija cheese.

Ingredients

1 (16 oz) Pkg.

corn tortillas

1/4 Cup

chopped cilantro

1 Cup

prepared pico de gallo

1/4 Cup

crumbles cotija cheese

Cut tortillas using cookie cutter to make 2 ½ circles. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas on each side, set aside keeping warm.

Heat the cocktail links according to package instructions.

Divide and layer the ingredients into the warm tortillas, thread a toothpick to hold two tacos together and serve.

Cook's Tip: Add chopped garlic, oregano, diced onion and restaurant style salsa for a for a simple flavor upgrade to the cocktail links.
