refried beans

1/4 Cup

Mexican cheese blend

6 Oz.

corn tortilla chips

1 Cup

shredded lettuce

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown cocktail links for 4 minutes. Divide the beans, cocktail links and cheese onto the chips and toast on a baking pan for 6 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Cook's Tip: Buy prepared Pico de Gallo and add chopped garlic, oregano, smoked paprika for a simple flavor upgrade to the cocktail links.
