Ingredients

1/2 Cup

whipped cream cheese

mini sweet peppers or jalapeno peppers, cored, sliced in half

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Divide cream cheese between each half pepper and place one cocktail link in the middle of the pepper. Place all stuffed peppers onto a baking pan and cook for 20 minutes.

Cook's Tip: for an added boost of flavor sprinkle your favorite herb, barbecue sauce or spicy chili peppers atop the cocktail link.
