Summer Sausage served in only the best parts of the quiche, there's no crust anywhere near this recipe. Mixed with garlic powder and chives, this quiche is simply too good to pass up.

(8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

cream-style cottage cheese with chives
Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk eggs, milk, flour, baking powder and garlic powder in medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Stir in 1½ cups of cheddar cheese, sausage, and cottage cheese.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese. Let stand 5 minutes, cut into 6 wedges and serve.
