How to Cook/Handle/Prepare

ALWAYS HEAT THOROUGHLY


PAN FRY

Cut Smoked Sausage sections in half lengthwise or into 1'2" slices. Add to non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cooke 6-9 minutes, turning frequently.


STOVE TOP

Add sausage to 2-3 inches of boiling water. Simmer for 10-12 minutes.


GRILL

Grill over medium-high heat for 12-14 minutes, turning frequently.


For children under 5 years: Cut sausage lengthwise, then slice into bite size pieces.

The juicy, rich sausage goes very well with light fall/late summer salads, and it keeps well in the fridge. The price is very reasonable as well, with makes it perfect for a person on a budget (like me!).

I make potato soup with it as well as serving it for breakfast. The problem is we have been stopping at the local grocery store pretty often looking for it and we can never find it. My family does not eat pork so this is pretty disappointing. I can't figure out why all of a sudden we cant.find it. I came over to your page just to see if you discontinued it. It's pretty bad when not even Walmart has it in stock. Any ideas?

What's great is my 18 month old daughter loves it. I make it with rice, onion, and diced tomatoes. The whole family loves it. You can make so many great things with this.great flavor! Thanks.

I love you smoked and the Polska Kielbasa. Also the lunch meat is delicious. Please don't take this the wrong way but my dog Scrappy loves you meats too. I love it when Ralph's market sends me coupons and I take them in asap. Thank you for such a great products.

We love it grilled, saute' and used as the meat in red beans and rice, with hash brown potatoes, and chopped up in green beans. My only complaint is my local stores stopped carrying it. It was sold better than regular smoke sausage. I will never understand why businesses stop carrying products that make them money.
