Tajín® Chili Lime Smoked Sausage
Made with quality cuts of meat, spice up any meal with this Smoked Sausage featuring Tajín® Clásico Seasoning.
Pork, Water, Mechanically Separated Turkey, spices (including chili pepper, cayenne, cumin) Contains 2% or less: tajin seasoning (chili peppers, citric acid, lime juice, silicon dioxide), Salt, Corn Syrup, Potassium Lactate, Sodium Phosphate, Citric Acid, lime juice concentrate, sodium diacetate, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, dried beef stock, jalapeno pepper, lime extract, sodium nitrite.
How to Cook/Handle/Prepare
ALWAYS HEAT THOROUGHLY DUE TO DIFFERENCES IN COOKING EQUIPMENT, HEATING TIMES MAY REQUIRE ADJUSTMENT.
Simmer sausage in 1/2” water in a large covered skillet 8-10 min until hot. Drain water, brown sausage, if desired.
Med-low heat 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
Wrap (2-inch piece of smoked sausage) in moistened paper towel. Microwave on High 45-55 sec until hot. Ovens vary; time may need adjustment.
For kids under 5 years Cut sausage lengthwise then slice.
