Crispy Orange Cocktail Links

Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages coated in crisp starch batter and tossed in spiced orange glaze.

  • 1 package Lit'l Smokies®
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange glaze
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilies
  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet until hot.
  2. Toss the smokies with corn starch and fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Heat the glaze in a separate pan add in the hot cocktail links.
  4. Finish with chili flakes.
