Mini Biscuits with Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage

Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages wrapped inside biscuit dough and topped with cream cheese and apricot preserves are like biscuit pigs in a blanket.

  • 1 cup Lit'l Smokies®
  • 1 (12oz) can refrigerated junior biscuits
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
  1. Open can of biscuits and split each one in half.
  2. Cut biscuits into long thin strips, wrap cocktail links in a dough strip with ends exposed and middles covered.
  3. Bake according to package instructions.
  4. While baking; mix cream cheese, apricot preserves. Finish with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits.
