Mini Sausage Tacos

  • 1 package Lit'l Smokies®
  • 1 (16 oz) package corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup prepared pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup crumbles cotija cheese
  1. Cut tortillas using cookie cutter to make 2 ½ circles. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas on each side, set aside keeping warm.
  2. Heat the cocktail links according to package instructions.
  3. Divide and layer the ingredients into the warm tortillas, thread a toothpick to hold two tacos together and serve.
