Mini Sausage Tostada

With refried black beans and caramelized Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages, this easy tostada recipe is topped with shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo and Mexican blend cheese.

  • 1 package Lit'l Smokies®
  • 1 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1/4 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 6 ounces corn tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown cocktail links for 4 minutes. Divide the beans, cocktail links and cheese onto the chips and toast on a baking pan for 6 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
