- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- Fresh spinach
- Combine the feta, thyme and dressing in a small mixing bowl, keep refrigerated until use.
- Heat the smokies according to package instructions.
- Layer 2-3 leaves of spinach together, nestle the warm cocktail links in the spinach; skewer with a toothpick to secure. Finish with the seasoned cheese and serve.
