Sausage Lettuce Wraps

This spinach wrap recipe surrounds Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages served with soft onions pedals, fresh thyme and garlic vinaigrette.

  1. Combine the feta, thyme and dressing in a small mixing bowl, keep refrigerated until use.
  2. Heat the smokies according to package instructions.
  3. Layer 2-3 leaves of spinach together, nestle the warm cocktail links in the spinach; skewer with a toothpick to secure. Finish with the seasoned cheese and serve.
