- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Cocktail Sausages
- 1 tablespoon prepared corn & black bean salsa
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven at 400°F.
- Split the avocado in quarters and remove the seed. Scoop out the middle leaving some around the edge. Mix the avocado, cocktail links and salsa in a small mixing bowl and place back into the avocado skin.
- Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with tortilla strips.
