Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages, green lettuce, tomato slices and bacon mayonnaise are placed together in this sausage biscuit recipe.

  • 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
  • 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated junior biscuits
  • 1 cup spring mix
  • 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons prepared bacon mayo
  1. Heat cocktail links and biscuits according to package instructions.
  2. When biscuits are done remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut in half.
  3. Build the small sandwiches by layering mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cocktail links.
