Roasted Sausage and Veggies Recipes

  • 1 package Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage
  • 1 pound petite potatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 1/2 fresh ground pepper, divided
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss potatoes with half of the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place potatoes on the sheet pan and roast for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Toss the asparagus and tomatoes with the remaining olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  4. Add the sausage, asparagus and tomatoes to the pan and roast for another 10 minutes.
