Roasted Sausage with Mixed Vegetables
Mix things up with the tasty combo of Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage, roasted veggies and rosemary.
- 1 package Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage
- 1 pound petite potatoes, halved
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1/2 fresh ground pepper, divided
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Toss potatoes with half of the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Place potatoes on the sheet pan and roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Toss the asparagus and tomatoes with the remaining olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
- Add the sausage, asparagus and tomatoes to the pan and roast for another 10 minutes.
