Smoked Sausage and Pepper Skillet

Hillshire Farm Naturals® sausage and peppers just got better with this easy-to-make, flavorful skillet dinner.

  • 1 package Polish Kielbasa
  • 1 cup sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup sliced orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 6 ounces dry brown wild rice
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. Slice sausage into coins and heat in a large skillet over high for 2 minutes or until browning starts.
  3. Add the peppers and onions and cook for an additional 3 minutes over high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and toss in the rice. Heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring often. Finish with red chili flakes.
