Sausage Links with Corn Relish
Ingredients
1 package Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage
5 bakery rolls
4 tsp olive oil
3 ears of corn, kernels removed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp cumin
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Serve a savory sausage meal your guests will truly relish.
Directions
- Mix all relish ingredients together and set aside. Cut buns in half and spread with olive oil. Heat for 2 minutes on the grill over medium heat; remove from grill and set aside.
- Grill the sausage over medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, turning frequently. Place sausage in toasted buns and top with relish.
