Twice Baked Potatoes with Aged Cheddar and Slow Roasted Ham

A delicious take on the twice baked potato with Hillshire Farm® Slow Roasted Ham.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Wash the potatoes, poke each one a few times with a fork, and microwave until fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes depending on your microwave.)
  2. Cut the potatoes in half and carefully scoop out the cooked potato inside. Put the cooked potato into a large bowl.
  3. Add the sour cream, milk, and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mash everything together using a potato masher or fork. Fold in half of the aged cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold in half of the aged cheddar cheese.
  6. Lay two pieces of Hillshire Farm® Premium Carved Slow Roasted Ham side by side in each empty potato half.
  7. Divide the potato mixture between the four potatoes, spooning it on top of the ham. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and the potatoes are hot.
