Glazed Sausage & Pineapple Kabobs

  • 1 package Hillshire Farm® Link Sausage, each cut into three pieces
  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 bag of mini sweet peppers
  • 1 green pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 clementine, zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  1. Mix marinade ingredients together. Build kabobs using sausage, pineapple, sweet peppers and green pepper. Brush kabobs with marinade and grill for 5 minutes, turning several times.
