- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 20 small cremini mushrooms
- Cheese slices
- Heat the Lit’l Smokies® according to package directions.
- Slice base of mushroom to shape hat. Then slice off 1/4 inch from the mushroom cap to form the brim.
- Scoop out the center of the mushroom and place over the top of Pigrim.
- Using mustard, pipe the hat buckle onto the mushroom.
- Slice the cheese into 1/2-inch strips and lay on the Pigrim to form the collar. Stick on with BBQ sauce if needed.
- Pipe on two eyes with BBQ sauce.
