- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 1 Carrot
- Heat Lit'l Smokies® according to package directions.
- Slice peppers into long slivers.
- Take the Turkey Dogs and fan pepper slices out around to look like feathers. Trim tips of peppers if needed.
- Use two drops of mustard for eyes and cut the carrot into small diamond shapes for beaks. Lastly, place a dollop of ketchup for the wattle.
- Insert toothpicks in bottom to look like feet.
