- 6 slices Ultra Thin Sliced Honey Ham Lunch Meat
- 1 sesame brioche bun, toasted
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or garlic aioli
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 pieces cooked bacon, cut in half
- 2 slices sharp cheddar
- Spread half the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted bun.
- Top with spinach, season with salt and pepper. Then top with tomato, bacon, cheese and ham.
- Spread remaining mayonnaise on brioche bun, and place on top. Serve.
