Honey Roasted Ham, Bacon and Cheddar Baguette

  • 6 slices Ultra Thin Honey Ham
  • 1 sesame brioche bun, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or garlic aioli
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 pieces cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 2 slices sharp cheddar
  1. Spread half the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted bun.
  2. Top with spinach, season with salt and pepper. Then top with tomato, bacon, cheese and ham.
  3. Spread remaining mayonnaise on brioche bun, and place on top. Serve.
