- 6 slices Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 slices mixed seeded/sesame country sourdough bread
- 1 slice monterey jack cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or aoli
- 1/2 1 avocado, sliced
- 3 slices yellow tomato
- 1 leaf of green, frilly green or butter lettuce
- 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Spread one slice of bread with half the mayonnaise. Top with the sliced avocado and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Ruffle the turkey slices over the top. Add cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
- Spread remaining mayonnaise on the second slice of bread and place, mayo side down.
