  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cheese and flour together in bowl then place 2 tblsps of cheese mixture on baking sheet, patting into a 3-inch circle. Repeat with remaining cheese. Bake 6-7 min or until cheese has melted into golden-brown fricos.
  3. While warm, drape each frico over the handle of a wooden spoon forming taco shells. Let cool.
  4. Heat sausage according to package directions.
  5. Arrange frico shells on lettuce lined tray. Add apple and sausages to shells. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
