1 package Cheddarwurst® Wisconsin Cheese Smoked Sausage

6 English muffins

1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce

2 green onions, chopped

1 large tomato, seeded and chopped

3 cup (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Cut sausages into ½“ slices.  Separate English muffins into halves and place on baking sheet.
  2. Spread each muffin with pizza sauce; top with sausage, green onions, tomato and cheese.  Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sausages are hot.
