- 1 package Hillshire Farm Naturals® Uncured Turkey Kielbasa
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup dry quinoa
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped sage
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- Slice sausage into coins and heat in a large skillet over high for 2 minutes or until browning starts.
- Add the mushrooms and onions and cook for an additional 3 minutes over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and toss in the quinoa and spinach. Heat for an additional 5 minutes, stirring often. Finish with sage.
