Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is SO good! Wow! Look at all the recipes that include this sausage! Is it okay my favorite recipe is to eat it by itself or with scrambled eggs? I just slice it length ways, place it under the broiler (my favorite) or pan fry it with a little olive oil and I'm in LOVE with a sausage! I do occasionally add it to a recipe but 9 out of 10 times? This baby is solo on my plate! It is so good! :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just enough spicey kick I bought this for the first time. It was delicious . Sending husbnd to the store to pick up 2 more packs. Going to add it to red beans. I'm very picky about sausage and to name it Cajun makes it more the better cause I am Cajun. Good job Hillshire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spiced up spaghetti! I found this sausage on sale and bought a pack. I sliced it into small pieces and fried it before adding to spaghetti sauce. The sauce turned out really good. A bit spicy for spaghetti but definitely good if you like your food with a little kick. I'd use it again for spaghetti but plan on grilling my next sausage. I'm thinking grilled on a bun or maybe on kebabs. It's on our shopping list right now!
