Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spiced up spaghetti! I found this sausage on sale and bought a pack. I sliced it into small pieces and fried it before adding to spaghetti sauce. The sauce turned out really good. A bit spicy for spaghetti but definitely good if you like your food with a little kick. I'd use it again for spaghetti but plan on grilling my next sausage. I'm thinking grilled on a bun or maybe on kebabs. It's on our shopping list right now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cajun flavor was great! I had this for dinner last night. My wife pan fried it with some red peppers and onions and served it over rice. Delicious! I can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch today.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Strange Seasoning I typically love Hillshire Farms sausages; however, there is a seasoning in the Cajun ones that makes it taste spoiled to me. I do love Cajun and I do love spicy, just not this one. I guess I'll buy another type of andouille sausage.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is not Cajun ... has Italian herbs in it... it may past for creole, but not Cajun. I'm Cajun and can not (will not) use in my recipes. Won't go with/ in gumbo, jambalaya, etc
