- 1 cup Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1 (12oz) can refrigerated junior biscuits
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
- Open can of biscuits and split each one in half.
- Cut biscuits into long thin strips, wrap cocktail links in a dough strip with ends exposed and middles covered.
- Bake according to package instructions.
- While baking; mix cream cheese, apricot preserves. Finish with a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits.
