- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1 (16 oz) package corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup prepared pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup crumbles cotija cheese
- Cut tortillas using cookie cutter to make 2 ½ circles. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas on each side, set aside keeping warm.
- Heat the cocktail links according to package instructions.
- Divide and layer the ingredients into the warm tortillas, thread a toothpick to hold two tacos together and serve.
