Mini Sausage Tacos Recipe
Lit’l Smokies® Smoked Sausages nestled in mini corn tortilla shells with onion, cilantro salsa and cotija cheese make up this tasty mini taco recipe.

Ingredients
1 package Lit'l Smokies® Cocktail Links
1 (16 oz) package corn tortillas
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 cup prepared pico de gallo
1/4 cup crumbles cotija cheese
Directions
- Cut tortillas using cookie cutter to make 2 ½ circles. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Warm the tortillas on each side, set aside keeping warm.
- Heat the cocktail links according to package instructions.
- Divide and layer the ingredients into the warm tortillas, thread a toothpick to hold two tacos together and serve.
