- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1 (12 oz) can refrigerated junior biscuits
- 1 cup spring mix
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 2 teaspoons prepared bacon mayo
- Heat cocktail links and biscuits according to package instructions.
- When biscuits are done remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut in half.
- Build the small sandwiches by layering mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cocktail links.
