Turn sliced bread into sandwich perfection with Hillshire Farm® Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, creamy aioli, and yellow tomato slices.
6 slices Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 slices mixed seeded/sesame country sourdough bread
1 slice monterey jack cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise or aoli
1/2 1 avocado, sliced
3 slices yellow tomato
1 leaf of green, frilly green or butter lettuce
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Spread one slice of bread with half the mayonnaise. Top with the sliced avocado and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Ruffle the turkey slices over the top. Add cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.
Spread remaining mayonnaise on the second slice of bread and place, mayo side down.
