- 1 package Lit'l Smokies® Smoked Sausage
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 3 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange glaze
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilies
- Heat oil in a deep skillet until hot.
- Toss the smokies with corn starch and fry in the oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat the glaze in a separate pan add in the hot cocktail links.
- Finish with chili flakes.
