  1. Open packages of Lit’l Smokies® and drain off any liquid. 
  2. Combine beer, sugar and pepper in 3-quart slow cooker.   Stir until sugar dissolves.  Add sausage. 
  3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours.
